SYSTEM ANALYST FOR E-COMMERCE

We are looking for a SYSTEM ANALYST FOR E-COMMERCE to join our team to drive and support multiple ongoing initiatives in new and existing E-commerce projects.
As an E-Commerce System Analyst, you can take part in development of new e-commerce solutions and our own e-commerce software suite.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis: partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, requirements, challenges, and goals. Perform comprehensive analysis to ensure all project goals are understood and translated into functional and workable requirements.
- Documentation: clearly document business and systems requirements. Provide project-level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (user stories, business requirements, process flows, user acceptance criteria, use cases and future state proposals).
- Communication: serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical team. Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders. Evaluate the business needs and translate into technical solution.
- Collaboration: work closely with the team to implement the requirements. Provide necessary guidance to testers during QA and UAT phases. Participate in SCRUM events, kick-off meetings, discovery and planning sessions.
Knowledge and skillset:
- Embody a culture of open, collaborative, and trust-based behavior;
- excellent analytical, active listening and creative problem-solving skills, ability to work on many critical projects and initiatives simultaneously;
- experience with Agile and Scrum project methodologies. Knowledge and experience using Jira and Confluence;
- significant experience in gathering requirements, conducting analysis and writing business requirements in e-commerce and product information area;
- at least half a year of experience as an analyst;
- we are happy if you have had experience with product information management projects;
- Estonian and English are required.
